TO HEAD CORPORATE AFFAIRS
MARKHAM, ON - Larry Keating,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Keating Technologies Inc., is pleased to announce
the appointment of Peter J. Kent, BA, LL.M, as Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs
and General Counsel. Mr. Kent’s principal strategic responsibility will be to focus
on growing the company as Canada’s leading branch outsourcing service to the high
technology industry.
Born in Hungary, Mr. Kent has a strong
background in economics, law and taxation. "Peter will be guiding us as we approach a
new level in our astounding growth," says Larry Keating. "His broad business and
legal experience including expertise in tax law, business development and acquisitions are
an invaluable asset to the companies we represent."
Mr. Kent’s responsibilities are
company-wide. Keating Technologies intends to harness his unique entrepreneurial
background as an international negotiator and businessman. Mr. Kent is a great believer in
