Keating Technologies, Canadas leading manufacturers representative to the
microcomputer industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dale Newman as Vice
President Sales and Marketing. In his position, Mr. Newman will be responsible for
establishing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and further developing the
business for continued success and growth.

Art Keating, formerly Vice President Sales,

relationships, while expanding our infrastructure to support future growth."
Prior to joining Keating Technologies, Mr.
Newman was Vice President Sales and Marketing at FormGen, a U.S. based software
manufacturer. At FormGen, Mr. Newman was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing
activities and was instrumental in launching FormGens most recent award winning
software program "Duke Nukem 3D". Previously, Mr. Newman spent four years as
Vice President of Sales at Ingram Micro Canada.
