Larry Keating,
President and Chief Executive Officer
Larry Keating is founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Keating
Technologies. Through an integrated sales, service, and marketing strategy, Larry has
built the company into what is today regarded as a premier representation model in North
America. Since its inception in 1987, the company has been responsible for bringing
more than $1 billion in technology products to Canadian businesses and
consumers.
Larry is the Founding Chairman of the Ministers Technology Advisory
Group for the Province of Ontario. The group is an ad hoc committee offering vision
and industry insight to the Provinces technology strategy, with the goal of making
Ontario the most technologically progressive society in the world. He is also a
member of the Chairs Advisory Council on e-Government for the Province of Ontario.
Larry has been active in a number of other advisory boards and committees such as Chairman
of the Board for Vanity Software Corp.
He has made it Keatings decade and a
half long mission to promote active involvement within the company in a wide variety of
not-for-profit organizations such as Ability-On-Line, The Learning Support Council, and
Junior Achievement. Prior to founding Keating Technologies, Larry spent his early
business years at R.L. Crain.

Bill Keating,
Vice-President, Technical and Operations
Bill co-founded Keating Technologies in 1987 with his brother Larry. He built
Keating's Technical and Operations business with the customer in mind, evidenced by the
premium service delivered today. From technical services to warranty, repair and
upgrade programs, Bill's team fields 200,000 support calls and fulfills 85,000 shipments a
year.
These services have garnered our clients many awards throughout the industry
for the high quality of care and resolution provided. In addition to building a
successful customer care business, Bill's education and background as an electronic
technologist, and his entrepreneurial spirit, have enabled him to address the company's
internal needs with the creation of Keating's Information Systems department.
The
I.S. team maintains the systems that form the foundation upon which the rest of the
company functions as well as implementing processes that increase the effectiveness of
Keating's best practices.

James Woolley,
Vice-President, Finance and Administration
James and his team manage all aspects of Keatings administration, accounting,
finance and reporting. James is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years
experience in the fields of finance and software/systems development.
James depth of
knowledge in the areas of financial management & controls, costing, project
management, and planning provide Keating Technologies with the information and guidance
needed for successful financial stewardship.
James' prior experience includes several
years as the Corporate Group Controller for a diversified group of companies including
manufacturing, distribution, and real estate, along with several years with Honeywell/Bull
Information Systems.

Tom Ward,
Vice-President, Marketing and Product Management
Tom is a seasoned veteran with a proven track record of driving growth through successful management of high performance teams. He brings senior executive and entrepreneurial skills together with extensive sales and marketing expertise.
Tom's career has been marked by repeatedly taking risks on joining start-up operations and using his sales and marketing skills to help develop and establish their businesses into market leading positions. Prior to joining Keating Technologies in 2008, he was a founding employee of ATI Technologies and MGI Software, helped NEC and AST successfully enter the Canadian market and helped Celestica and Sanmina-SCI move from traditional Electronic Manufacturing Services to an Original Design Manufacturing business model. As VP of Distribution Sales - Americas for ATI Technologies, Tom quadrupled sales from C$60 Million to over $250 Million thereby positioning ATI as the #1 graphics powerhouse in the retail and distribution channels. While at AST, Tom led marketing and developed the retail, national reseller and distribution business to increase sales from $27 Million to over $190 Million and catapult AST to #3 position in Canada in just 2 years. While at MGI, Tom led the marketing for this home digital editing software startup directly competing with Microsoft, Adobe and Corel.
His leadership abilities, professional MBA training and comprehensive business experience make him a valuable addition to the Keating team.

Alex Nobile
Vice-President, Sales and General Manager
Alex Nobile is responsible for the sales, marketing, business development and operational leadership of Keating’s portfolio of clients. Alex brings more than 20 years of expertise in product management, business development and sales management in the Canadian Information Technology industry. He has also had extensive success in leading teams to achieve significant growth on behalf of many hardware and software vendors.
Prior to joining Keating, Alex was the Country Manager at NComputing, a leader in providing desktop virtualization software and hardware to the education and SMB market in Canada. Previous to NComputing, Alex spent 17 years at Synnex Canada where he held senior executive roles as Vice-President of Business Development for North America, where he was responsible for negotiating partnerships and key strategic relationships with new vendors and Vice-President Product Management, responsible for all vendor relationships within Synnex.
Alex brings significant sales and marketing expertise to the company and a positive track record of successfully developing and managing key relationships. These skills, coupled with his extensive experience in the industry, will certainly contribute to the overall growth of the company, making him an invaluable asset to the Keating team.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University with a double honours in Economics and History.

Dave Thomas,
Vice President-Emeritus, Branded Products Strategy
Dave is responsible for establishing Keating Branded Products business and leading it into further success and growth. Having spent more than 18 years at IBM in various senior management positions in Canada and the U.S., Dave built several new business areas such as IBM's PC Business and Retail initiatives.
Most recently, Dave was Vice-President, Sales and Marketing at IPS Automation, significantly growing its revenue. Previously, he held executive positions including President and CEO, Vanity Software and Vice-President, Sales, Merisel Canada.
