Employment : EASTERN REGIONAL SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Eastern Regional Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Growing sales within major retail and reseller accounts in the Montreal area and Eastern Canada
- Generating opportunities through relationship building and brand partnering
- Creating sales and marketing strategies to promote Keating’s tier-1 brand product lines
- Delivering valuable client product and promotion information
- Developing national and regional sales account plans
Specifically you will:
- Consistently meet monthly revenue goals, which will include achieving a high standard of relationship management and territory penetration.
- You will have a superior combination of proven sales skills, energetic positive attitude, commitment and dedication.
- You are a multi-tasker and will be responsible for managing several different accounts that buy several different product lines. This will require extraordinary time management and organizational abilities.
- You have demonstrated experience in situational selling and you can sell to any type of audience.
- Persistence, hard work ethic and dedication are shown in your experiences and personality.
- You are a deal closer and can address customer concerns and will use customer feedback for a consultative approach.
- You will be required to work independently with our retail customers to develop unique sales and marketing programs from the ground up to drive incremental sales within accounts.
- You know how to grow sales and will be able to identify new sources of business for us.
- Your experience in competitive analysis will help you achieve growth and market share goals.
- You are able to develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics
- You are an outstanding written and oral communicator and enjoy one-on-one repartee and group presentations alike.
- You are self-motivated, results driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenge.
Compensation:
