Mainpine, Inc. products will be stocked and available to purchase directly in Canada, ensuring prompt service and lower overall costs
Markham, ON – Mainpine, Inc., the industry leader in fax software and hardware solutions, will begin direct selling in Canada as of May 15, 2012. Canadian sales will be coordinated through Mainpine’s new relationship with Keating Technologies and distributed through SYNNEX Canada.
Mainpine currently distributes through SYNNEX in the US market and, with the direct relationship with Keating Technologies, all Mainpine products will be available through SYNNEX Canada.
SYNNEX Canada Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mainpine’s current distribution partner in the US SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), is a leading distributor of IT and consumer electronics products and services. The company has a strong warehouse and distribution network presence throughout Canada, as well as a robust online portal for buyers on the SYNNEX Canada website.
“We have been looking at solutions to make purchasing and shipping easier for our Canadian customers for some time,” says Mainpine, Inc. President Patricia Peterson. “We are very excited to have found a way to make our IQ Express fax boards and IQFSP software easily and quickly available to our Canadian market. We look forward to providing our Canadian customers with the same quality of customer service that our American customers enjoy.”
Keating Technologies is the leading branch outsourcing service to the high technology industry in Canada. Keating has partnered with SYNNEX Canada to offer manufacturers an opportunity to work with and sell through SYNNEX Canada to resellers throughout Canada.
“This partnership is really all about the end-user and enhancing their experience,” explains Alex Nobile VP, Sales and General Manager, from Keating Technologies. “By ordering directly through Keating/SYNNEX, it saves resellers and end-users both money and time, allowing for quicker delivery of the product and reduced shipping costs. This new model should not only benefit the end users and resellers but it should also increase revenue for Mainpine as the entire purchasing and delivery process is streamlined and simplified.”
The newly formed alliance enables faster turn-around on shipping, no back orders, and lower shipping costs. In addition, all four IQ Express board models will be displayed on the SYNNEX Canada web site, stocked in a warehouse centrally located in Canada and available for next day delivery.
Mainpine, Inc. was established in 1997 and is a global leader in the fax board industry. Mainpine manufactures intelligent fax boards and develops fax server software to compliment its hardware.
