Practical Peripherals, a privately owned company incorporated in 1981 and bought by Hayes Microcomputer Products in 1989, manufacturers and markets enhancement products for IBM, IBM compatibles, Apple, Apple Macintosh, and other computers. Their product line consists of internal and external modems, printer buffers, and peripheral sharing devices. Services outlined in the agreement between Practical Peripherals and Keating Technologies include Canada wide toll-free sales and technical support, expanded trade show and marketing activities, and a Practical Peripherals Breakfast Seminar Series for Corporate End-Users and Resellers of Practical Peripherals’ products.
